Many of you knew we were considering this, but we have now moved forward with putting our house on the market for sale or rent. With interest rates being so low and housing more affordable, Karen and I have decided to begin looking for a bigger home to accommodate our desire to grow our family.
We found a ReMax broker that listed our house for a flat fee. So, we have retained the option of selling or renting our house to our friends and family without seller’s agent fees. However, buyer’s agents are welcome and we will pay the commission.
We have room to negotiate and will work with anyone who is interested. This is a home that Karen and I put a lot of blood, sweat, and, yes, a few tears along the way into renovating and updating. It is ready to move in with lots of upgrades.
